WebNPCs are given a tag and their bios have links to the sessions they appeared in and the locations where they were encountered. Color coding the graph is really handy. They go to a city, find the entry and all important NPCs are instantly visible. I have a feeling that OneNote can be set up in a similar manner though WebThe main feature is using tags (labels) on each note. So I have a note for each significant NPC, and tag that note with the location, type, faction etc. I can then find the NPC in one of two ways: pull up a list of all the NPCs with that tag and scan; search using the name or whatever text string I want.
