Afaik pip has a cache for packages and wheels nowadays. Still installing PyGLM numpy numba Pillow takes up to 25 seconds with cache. WebbUse py -m pip list -o to see which packages are out of date. For most packages, you can usually use the latest version. Use py -m pip install -U name1 name2 ... to update the out-of-date packages. Then rerun py -m pip check.
